About our Service

Select from any one of the following service products. Please note that each of the service products described below takes not less than an hour and twenty minutes. Remember, this is a car valet, not simply a car wash. A car valet comprises of both inside and outside detailing, and a lot of patience too.

 

Owing to the (service) product quality standards embodied in our business model, we do not provide quick car wash services. Those services are avaiable at machine outlets and other service facilities.

Standard Valet

$80 for a Sedan, $90 for larger vehicles

This includes detailing the outside and the inside of the vehicle. We wash the car body, clean the tyres and wheels, and shine the tyres with silicon products. We vacuum clean the interior of the car and dust off the dash and instrument panels. For new cars we simply wipe off dust from the dash and panels. For older, oxidized and heavily stained interiors, we provide moisturizing treatment to rejuvenate the feel of the interior. Some cars come with fabric upholstery we clean around them and de-stain tired fabrics.

In some cases we will wash the seat to remove heavy stains and bring the fabric to life. We will seek your opinion before going ahead with this service, but usually at no extra cost to the customer.  For those cars with leather sets, we will vacuum and dust off the seams and depending on its look we may decide to moisten up the leather to bring out the radiant feeling of newness that greets you when you open the door.

Full Valet with Wax

$190

This includes the care process described in the above service, but in addition we apply high quality wax to the car’s outer paintwork. Regular wax application prevents spots on your car’s paintwork and permanently postpones unsightly oxidation of the car’s paint. We have learned that regular wax treatment permanently prevents the need to repaint the car, or to cut and polish it at any time in the car’s life. This treatment process keeps your car outrageously radiant and even better than when it was newly painted. This is because the micro-spores on the paintwork is sealed by the wax, thus preventing oxidizing agents like water and oxygen from building up in the paintwork, but in addition, there is a gloss factor embedded in the wax that sparkles.

Full Valet with Cutting Compound

$220

This product is necessary only once. We begin with the service mentioned in 1 above, but instead of wax treatment we apply a cutting compound to the car’s exterior body to clean out the dull remnants of oxidation from the paint’s surface, to reveal newerlooking paintwork. We would normally recommend to customers to thereafter follow it with wax treatment to ensure that the benefits described in service product no. 2 above are harvested.

We would only recommend cut and polish if we are of the view that the car had been neglected over a period of time (often prior to the current owner buying it) and the process was necessary to clean out the paint. 

 Any car that needs a second cut and polish treatment probably is about to require a new paintwork, because modern cars are lightly painted and it does not take too long to get to the primer. So when you cut it a couple of times there’s nothing left to cut the next time.

Our knowledge of these intricate facts of car maintenance comes from almost eight years of grooming cars almost on daily basis and we are offering this advice free of charge to our customers. We are aware of some die-hard believers in cut and polish who may disagree with us, and we will leave them to their own devices.

Deluxe or Premium Valet

$320

This is the ultimate in the car valet service categories we offer. The service includes 1 above together with 3, including two or more layers of high quality wax polish that leaves your car breathtakingly beautiful.

 

In addition we groom the mats, foot-well, boot and bonnet. The leather upholstery is treated with special leather treatment products and stains are removed from the interior and ceiling liner.

 

The service takes about 3 hours.

 

This service is also available for special occasions such as weddings and any other joyful ocassion and can be applied to any vehicle make or model.
