Who we are and what we do

James began offering car valet services in November 2010, after having a less than satisfactory service experience at a car valet outfit in Auckland. He had sent his wife’s BMW X5 for a car wash and after it was over, he drove off with a smeary looking car, the wheels half-done, the windscreen dripping wet, and the windows looking semi-blurred.

 

James believes that a clean car is less about hygiene and less about the car, but more about the customer and the bystander, because a clean car has positive effects on both the person who drives it; she feels serene, calm, and confident. But when the wheels of a clean passing car glitter, with blackened tyres, and the car’s paintwork radiates its inherent beauty, there is a sensation of comfort, knowing the positive impacts generated for the onlooker, neighbour, friends and family. Driving a clean car is a lifestyle choice. It has a calming effect; it frees the soul to dream, to create more, to achieve more…

The dashboard of the car is moisturised, the console, the doorpanels and rails are rejuvenated. The mirrors, windows and glass are spotless. These are the standards we seek and aim to maintain. For many customers, this is about as good as their car is ever going to get; the best service experience they are ever going to have since the day they drove it out of the showroom at the dealership. These are just some of the reasons why we take car valet so seriously.
