Make a Booking

We have an automated booking system on this website as defined below. We have provided you with the option of booking your service ahead and to pay for it via online banking..

 

Please give us at least twenty-four hours notice period to enable the automated system to process your request. If you need the service in less than 24 hours time, do not use the automated booking system, rather call or text us to arrange a manual booking service.

 

If you have booked a car valet service through this website and have paid online, we will provide the service on the date and time you have been allocated. In the event you become unavailable at the time of the scheduled service, we will manually arrange another time with you to render the service.

 

If you booked and paid online, and later decide to cancel the service, we will retain 20% of your fee and refund the balance to you. The 20% fee is to meet a fraction of the costs we would have incurred in reliance of the promise you made to purchase the service. Such costs include charges payable to online payment service providers, the cost of losing other bookings by allotting you time instead of giving that time to other customers, time we would never get back.

 

You do not lose any part of your payment for a booking if you merely call us to reschedule the appointment. In any such event we will give you our next available time after attending to customers who willing to proceed with their agreed schedule.
